VISUAL PHASE: It has a beautiful golden color.
OLFACTORY PHASE: Creamy nose that combines the aromas of ripe fruit (pineapple in syrup, apricot), and white flowers, with toasted notes, pastry and hints of dried fruit derived from its aging. Complex and well integrated wood.
TASTE PHASE: In the mouth it is very balanced, with sufficient acidity and a well-measured barrel. It is wide, glyceric, very creamy, voluminous and spicy structured and with an elegant and intense finish.
VARIETIES: Verdejo (100%), comes from a selection between free standing vineyards in the Nieva area (Segovia) and Serrada vineyards (Valladolid).
DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN: Wine from the Land of Castilla y León.
HARVEST: From October 3 to October 8.
PREPARATION: Fermented in new French oak barrels.
AGING: 8 months in new French oak barrels, with regular batoneos in the same barrels.
PRODUCTION: 24,582 0.75-liter bottles and 380 1.5-liter bottles.
BOTTLING: June 2017
